I spent a lot of time on MC-130s! One of the coolest things I've seen was sitting door on an MH-60 getting refueled by an MC-130 over the jungles of Colombia. Fun shit!

That's awesome! My coolest claim to fame has to be the airdrops we do downrange. Big mountains get REALLY BIG at drop altitude!!

Behind all the mid-80's bells and whistles is a big green machine ready to do some work! It's amazing how these airplanes take a beating and just keep going.

Any "130" is a great aircraft....especially the white ones with the orange racing stripe....although they only let me look from a distance!

They promised me a ride home from GTMO on one, but the Air Force brought us back on a medevac jet w/ a couple of injured detaineees. That was in '95...when there was a better class of "resident" there! I did get to sail down on Eagle. Port Security...the "red-headed step child" of the GCG!
