How many cam plugs

Placing a parts order so I can tackle valve cover gasket replacement and wanted to confirm the amount of cam seals needed.
I know there are 4 half moons that can be cleaned up and reused but the cam seals should be replaced.
Assuming there are 4 (one in front & one at rear of each head) but parts diagram appears to indicate only one at the rear of each head and no reference to one at the front.
Can someone who has done the job please confirm.......thanks!

I did mine last year. I couldn’t see how to do the fronts without removing the entire front section of the engine. Caveat, I’ve only had mine a few years so the more experienced owners may know more than I.

2 cam seals at the front (usually done with a timing-belt change as the cam gears have to be removed). The rear are just 2 caps:

that are only done with the valve cover gasket. Here's my parts list for just the Valve Cover side (and quantity/rough pricing). The cam and crank seals came with my timing belt kit via ebay.

Good idea to do sparkplugs too, and wires if you don't know their age. I'm tossing in reman fuel injectors too, just because I really only want to take that whole mess apart once in the next decade.

2 cam plugs/seals it is.
I’ll do the fronts when the timing belt/water pump service comes up over the next couple of years as one project at a time.
Trying to focus on getting ready for the salty roads headed my way in another couple of months.
