How much did you pay for your 3rd gen?

A couple of months ago I bought a 00 LTD 4x4 w/148K and elocker for $4k. Has 2" lift and suspension for new BFG KO2 265/75/16. 2nd owner chewed up the both bumpers but I was planning on aftermarket ones anyway. Had been looking for over 10 months and got lucky.

Lucky? That is more than lucky at that price. Nice find.

I paid $6K for my '99 SR5 2WD with 67K miles on it in 2010-2011, can't remember.

I've taken it to 213K miles with no major issues other than tires and the usual maintenance.

I bought my 97 sr5 back in July of 2015 from a college girl who didn't know what she had. It had 243,000 and I paid $2500. A year later it's got 265,000, 2001 console swap, led bar installed in bumper, elocker retrofit in the works, and bilstein 5100 in front and lx450 springs in rear

I paid $10,500 for mine in 2010. Asking price was $12,500. 99 SR5, Supercharged with an attempt at fuel mods, TRD exhaust, e-locker, 2nd owner (for like 10,000 miles), no accidents, no rust, 90k miles.

Here's a picture the day after I bought it and removed about 5lbs of stickers from the rear windows/hatch. Note those sexy chrome wheels, lol. Some guy on CL paid $750 for the wheels and tires (They were the high end michelin LTX or whatever).

1997 limited with 114k for $5,500 a month ago. May have overpaid a bit compared to other locations but it's really hard to find a 3rd gen here in the north east with minimal rust

Yea it was up in Denver. Was posted on Thursday night. Drove up Friday and left and deposit and drove home on Saturday.

Not a deal at all, but paid $6500 CAD ($4950 FreedomBucks) for a '99 Limited with a locker with 221,000km (137K miles) last September.

Thought it was in better shape (bought it sight unseen as I had a limited window) but when I got it needed a front CV and sway bar links... needs a Tbelt and valve cover gaskets as well.

$4600 96 w 220 in 2015..broke down drivers seat....ac needed recharged....semi nasty drivers carpet....everything else is great shape...not a speck of rust.....been running great for the last 35K! Well except for that blown up radiator two months ago...put a new one in....almost another K on it since. Total cost to date...way less then 5k!!

Hell if I drive it to the junk yard...they will give me 1K non-running....show me a 4wd vehicle you can drive in the mountains and Hiway for $210 and gong down a month!

how the hell do you own any vehicle for one year and only put 1k on it.....i put more on my wr450 in a year!!!!
