Bought mine 4/20/09. Its a 2000 SR5. Paid $1000 for the truck and then put $700 into rebuilding trans. Has 125K miles. Had a rusted rear bumper, and a little on hood lip. Replaced hood latch and rear wiper arm. Not trying to brag, but I think I got a hell of a deal. Interior looks as good as the outside.

I paid $7700.00 a month ago for my 1998 limited 4x4 V6 with 124K on it. It had a clean title, one owner and all of the scheduled maintenance done. It was missing the rear headrests and cargo cover. So far I have found the headrests on ebay and have seen the cargo covers there too.

Purchased my 1996 SR5 V6 about 1 week ago. I had test drove about 12 vehicles and this was the only one that didn't make me want to run! Paid $2800 with 134K on it. It needed tires, brakes, and a new rear bumper. The bumper will come in spring. The interior had some rips on the seats and needs new floor mats, but other than that...she's looking good!

I paid $8150 + tax for my '99 with 117k in early July.
It's an SR5, 4x4, 3.4 Auto, with the locking diff. Near new BFG KOs were a plus.
Downsides: T-belt not done, cracked driver's side mirror glass, auto antenna didn't retract and made an awful noise (I finally disconnected the power lead.) It has an aftermarket stereo that sounds like crap, not sure why. I'm thinking I may put a factory stereo back in.
Drives/wheels great and I love the locker!

all said and done mine cost me about 5K with 180K on the clock,
1K cash and whatever my 98 jeep zj 5.9L was worth, lol figure 3500-4K, it was paid for so really the runner cost me 1K and couldn't be happier.
