How the call this seal. cv axle boot replacement. picture !

Hi !

I'm replacing my inner boot on cv axle driver side.
its already 1 am so tomorrow morning I'll go get a new inner boot ,clamps and grease. Also I have noticed that this seal on the picture it's ripped off . I have no idea how they call this part. Need help Guys

Also what front diff fluid ypu recommend?
I'm gonna change fluid tomorrow as everything is resembled already

Is that the seal in the front diff--driver side? I think it is 90311-47012.

Or is it the seal in the steering knuckle? I've been looking for the part number for the seal in the knuckle--and whether it can be replaced without removing the bearing and hub from the knuckle. A spring like that fell out when I removed my CV.

Oh yea, I used Lucas Gear Lube 85W-140 at the recommendation of East Coast Gear Supply. It's heavier that what Toyota recommends, but in the end I don't think it makes a difference if you go factory or a little heavier.

Your seal can be r/r with bearing bolted on.

I don't think that's the differential seal. It looks like the spindle and bearing in the photo. I don't know the part number but it's the dust shield that keeps debris out of the bearing. Any decent auto parts store will be able to get one.

I got that part from partsource here in edmonton.
Was 17$ . Already installed on my car
