How to Bypass JBL Amp retaining factory speaker wire?

2014 T4R Limited w/JBL and NAV.

I have replaced the following factory audio items with new ones....

Factory Head Unit to:
Pioneer DMH-WT8600NEX

Factory Amp to:
Kenwood eXcelon
XR901-5
Class D 5 Channel Power Amplifier

Factory Speakers in Front, Tweeters, rear doors and hatch doors.

9 Wire Speedwire out of the amp.

My question is how to bypass the JBL amp while retaining factory speaker wire. I don't want to have to run new wire? Has anyone done this and can anyone attest how it is done and if any surprises? Special harness?

There is a harness available for certain years but you plug it in at the JBL amp plug because the amp feeds everything. It would be easier to just run new wiring than a super long harness from headunit all the way to the wiring harness that starts at the back of the Runner.

Thank you Superjet!! So if I purchased this, I would attach my speedwire from my amp, to just the harness that contains the speaker wires and don't use the other ones that are included?

All the speaker wires of the 4Runners with the JBL run by the passenger kick panel. If you place your amp under the front passenger seat, all you would need to do is a short run of wire to the kick panel and patch the wires. I posted this info in another thread.
