How to change 03 front signal housing?

Does anyone have a DIY on how to change an 2003 4Runner front signal housing? Currently I'm having difficulty taking out the signal housing without cracking the fog lights housings.

Both lights will come out as one unit, then you can separate them after they're out.

Should be 2-4 10mm bolts holding the whole assembly in, I think just 2 but maybe more.
