How to make a spot for O2 sensor?

well i was getting ready to order this and read it over one more time and the headers dont have a spot for an o2 sensor. do i just make a spot for it when i get it?

I would measure where your current one is then when you get the new stuff just drill a hole for the new one. Then find a nut that threads on the sensor then tack weld the nut on.

Bad idea! The headers from LCE are meant for the 87-89 4runners with the heated o2 sensor that is mounted right before the cat. The reason that's a bad idea is that if you mount the o2 sensor to just one pipe on the header the o2 sensor will read only information for one cylinder. If that one cylinder runs rich then it will lean out ALL cylinders thinking that the whole engine is running rich.

The power package has a post header pipe with an o2 sensor bung on it. Install your o2 sensor there and just extend your wire.

I ddidnt realize the new setup was that much different than the ops one. I def would not have said that if I knew the sensor would only go to one pipe my bad. I meant for it to go lower by where the cat would normally be my bad
