I'm looking to start working on a winch install soon so having this info would be handy. Looking at the previous pictures and descriptions in other threads it looks like you take out ever fastener you see then give a good yank up/out on each side. This is how the bumper cover came off my wife's Toyota van and this looks very similar.
I'm sure it's not rocket science but knowledge is power. Knowing where exactly to yank or how to find that one last hidden fastener can be worth it's weight in gold.

Essentially yes
There are a few hidden fasteners below and behind the headlights where the bumper meets the fender and if you’re not careful you can break the rubber tabs holding them
I stood in front of the car on each side and pulled up and out to knock it loose
