I use a small bit out of a bit driver set and put it in a 1/4 socket with a 1/4 ratchet to get it lose and then just use the bit to remove it. reverse to install
It's a pretty awesome little guy. Well built, versatile, easy to use, comes with a number of different bits (and they're the standard type so they're replaceable and you can use whatever special ones you need), has an adapter for 1/4" sockets, and comes with a little carrying pouch. I keep it in the glovebox to replace a number of screwdrivers and sockets. Saves weight and space while getting the job done. No affiliation whatsoever.
