How to remove the bottom screw of throttle position sensor?

It's a phillips head...but I can't seem to get anything in there to remove the screw.....anyone have any advice?

Are you talking about the IAC on the bottom of the throttle body? You have to remove the throttle body first, at least that's how I've been doing it.

I use a small bit out of a bit driver set and put it in a 1/4 socket with a 1/4 ratchet to get it lose and then just use the bit to remove it. reverse to install

The manual tells you to remove the manifold...

I tried to do it with a stubby screwdriver (before having access to the manual), but it was too long and ended up stripping the screw...

I went to the local hardware store to see if there was anything stubbier than a stubby screwdriver and found one of these:
