How to? Removing decal from one truck to another - 1st Gen

Has anyone removed some decal from a truck and put in other another ( or even same truck )

If I think I know what you are saying, that (to me) seems like a virtual impossibility with a good outcome. I don't know if you're talking about old decals or new ones. . . but even with new ones, it would seem very difficult, if not impossible to do with a successful outcome.

I knew a guy one time that took the decals off of someones plates to put on his...the outcome wasn't real good.

i took my decals off with a heat gun pieces at the time.. I doubt you will get them off in one piece

Wont happen. Tried it on a different car. Pieces wont peel off intact.

Yep, it is not gonna happen. Go to a local sign shop. They can easily match and make you stickers. I've worked in sign/graphics shops before. Go to a sign shop though, not a guy who says he is an "Auto-Graphix dude". Same tools, materials, computer programs, but less $$ at a sign shop. Those stripes are easy to make and apply.
