How to replace rear seat belt buckle?

My left rear side belt buckle is damaged. How do I replace? Thanks in advance!

That should be pretty straight forward. One bolt is all that's holding it in place.

However....not too sure you can just buy the buckle part. You need to buy whole seat belt assembly.
