Anyone have any experience with this stuff? I desperately need a new radio bezel, but I like the look of my cammo one. Only problem is I did it in a duck canvas covered with a felt like material, so it's pretty thick.

I was thinking of getting one if those DIY hydro kits, just to do the few parts I want done, but don't know too much about it, other than the videos I've watched.

I guess I want to know how durable this stuff is, and how easy it is to do, along with any other information that people might have on this stuff.

I've never been happy with the DIY kits, prefer to sub the work out to the professionals who can pull the layer before curing if it's not just right and then can clear over it with satin or shiny so the finish stays durable.

Yes, durable if done right, you'd be surprised at the stuff I've seen people faux-carbon and lay a thick clear on. Vehicles you can buy the actual stuff for but they just kept it reasonable. Unless you really know your stuff at a partial glance it's decent enough stuff.
