KDSS was just a stand alone option starting in 04. Not sure if they made it part of the Sport Edition package (which included the silver roof rails, smoked headlights, and silver interior trim to replace the wood grain).

I have the exact same GX! '03 Sand Dollar Pearl! I wanted the blizzard pearl but the sand dollar is so unique that its really grown on me.
Only difference is that I added an aftermarket spoiler. I had it painted to match the OEM paint...can't tell the difference.
