i dont know whats leaking, help!

my passenger rear wheel has what looks like a wet spot on the dirt thats on it around the lugnuts, but i touched it and its not "wet" its like oily stuff...
i asked friend and he said i might have bow my seal...

is that what that is? and how do i fix it?

it hasnt been driven since my roll, just started every few days...

I think that's a symptom of leaky axle seals. Or leaky brakes. My uncle's Bentley had the same type of buildup around the lugnuts and it turned out to be a broken brake fluid line

how do i know which one it is?
can i fix that on my own? or would i have to take it in?

Take a picture of the build up that you're talking about, and then take off the wheel and take a picture of the rear axle/drum assembly and we could help you out more
