Problem solved! 
I fixed my valve cover gaskets quickly and easily.

Haha! I'm glad I'm not the only one who is just dreading this and putting it off. The fumes get pretty bad sometimes on longer trips, but I really don't burn that much oil. One of these days though, I'll do it. It just sounds like you need to take pictures of the before, color code ever tube and connector to it's counter-part, and just be really careful and diligent throughout the whole process. Even my mechanic said I should do it because the actual replacement is super simple, it's just unplugging everything and then plugging everything back in that's the time consuming part.

Buy the parts, Scott, and we can knock those out in a few hours/beers. It's really not THAT bad of a task.

I have had the replacement gaskets in the garage for a while now. The smell isn't that bad on mine. Here's my technique... I set the heater controls to bring in outside air, turn the temp setting to where I want it, and turn the fan off. Then, it is only bringing in air when the truck is moving and the burnt oil is being blown out of the engine bay. When I come to a stop, the air stops and I don't smell the burnt oil much.
