I installed all 4 new springs, ('99 Talls), and 4 new Bilstein HDs, and got an alignment.
It has 204k on it now and the springs and shocks were original!
Wow what a difference. Feels like a new truck. Why did I wait so long?? haha
Initially I got 2" front and rear. Now after driving for a bit I ended up with 1 1/2" front and rear. The old springs were probably sagging 1/2" with that many miles, so that sounds about right.
Here's a before and after.
