I got asked a funny question regarding what I drive

It's interesting some guys call the Runner a truck. When I think truck I think of my Tundra Crew Max.

I just call my Trail Edition a glorified station wagon, same basic shape as grandpa's station wagon back in the day minus the faux wood trim think Family Truckster from the movie Vacation.
 
BMW's are not cool, some are fun, but I can't but help feeling douchey in one. I love my 4Runner. My 2011 Camaro draws a lot of attention too and it gets annoying sometimes, buts its a bad ass ride.

My 60 series was referred to as a "station wagon" in the instruction manual.

And you can buy a faux wood applique for your TE at Vato Zone.

That during warm months I go camping, to the dunes, mountain biking and take almost bi-weekly trips to the mountains for snowboarding in winter. Finally, that if I'm too worried about my luxury car to do any of those things then I don't want that car.

I really went on a tirade. Her response was, "Oh... that makes sense."

Anyone else get questioned on their purchase?

Well, it is truck-based idnit? So, I'm OK with that. What gets me is calling it a "rig" ... WTF? Get over yourself.

M3s are hippy destroying machines. factory 500hp and it just eats pavement. I almost beat one in my STI... but the driver probably didn't know how to drive and couldn't connect on launch.

If there is a difficult part about being rich, I would imagine it would be the constant state of uncertainty regarding the motives of the people around me and whether they truly care about me or just my money.

I am a woman (last I checked). I am not offended (I actually laughed). However, 11 years as an active duty US Marine pretty much taught me to have thick skin. I don't like drama (it's a waste) and I believe if you aren't secure in your own skin, you probably should move on. This is definitely not the place for drama.
