Well, first off are you looking for a legitimate fog-lamp, or are you trying to improve low-beam visibility, side vision, what is the goal?
Most oem fog lamps produce too much upward light to be really useful. There are tons of other "fog-lamp" esque options out there, that dont necessarily produce a useable beam, either.
Are you wanting to stick with that size and formfactor? Are you willing/able to do some minor fab work?
A set of Bosch Compact100s in fog beam would be an excellent and rather inexpensive choice.
A set of NOS Cibie 35series fogs are excellent (I've had a pair of 35 series in both the fog and the auxiliary high beam. Both were excellent lamps).
Hellas micro DE fogs are a solid but expensive option.
JW Speaker makes a very efficient, very effective LED fog light, bjt again not cheap (and Ive bought and returned several knockoffs off amazon, none were worth a damn in comparison. My neighbor has a pair of jw speaker led fogs mounted on either side of his harleys headlamp, so I was able to compare, but no pics, take my word for what its worth).
If you are looking for an auxiliary low beam boost, then pick up a pair of Hella 60mm low beams. Aim them up and put slightly. They are sealed units, you can get them about $75each shipped, and are a fully dot/SAE compliant low beam that is a very good performer for the pricepoint.
Stick to the correct bulb type. And I mean a halogen in a halogen based lamp, no LED bulb out there works correctly in a headlamp designed for a halogen bulb. As far as tinting goes, you can pick up a can of duplicolor metalcast anodize yellow for $11 on amazon. There isnt a yellow tinted bulb thats worth the money on the market, its much better to buy a high performance bulb of the correct type from Phillips or GE (definitely NOT Sylvania) and then tint the lens. If paint isnt your thing, buy Kaptan electric insulating tape, it will be fairly weather/chip resistant, relatively easy to remove and reapply as needed and is cheap.
