need help removing yellow thing on front bumper extension

My 01 T4R has a front bumper extension missing so i bought another one but the there is a yellow piece that wont come off the bumper.... too make things short i need to know how to get the yellow piece of my bumper so i can put the new piece on... any help would be nice.

I had a problem once too. i would suggest taking a yoga class. it helped me

I cannot think of anything yellow in my 4runner... Other than things for the air bag.
