I need help finding whats wrong with my vehicle

Hi every 1 i got toyota 4RNR 04 sr5 its start but after making 3or4 stops it won't start and won't crank i have to wait 30to45 min.than it start anyone have any idea whats going on to my 4RNR.i did change the starter same problem.

When you say it won't start what are the symptoms? What happens when you turn the key? Is the Check engine Light on when it does start? Let's start here.

No when it start every thing stay normal i try to find ecu relay i can't find it i found ecu fuse.

When it won't start what happens when you turn the key to start it? Does the engine turn over and act like it's out of gas?

No it won't crank it won't do any thing and after 45 min it start like normal and runs good to.

First off I am going to assume you have an '04 SR5 with a V6 since you did the starter yourself, the V8's are a big pain to change the starter on.

Second, what happens exactly when the vehicle acts up? We need more information, No Crank is a good start as it helps steer us away from fuel and ignition for the most part; but these 4th gens have a more complicated starting circuit than most vehicles.

-When you turn the ignition to Key On Engine Off do all the lights come on nice and strong?
-Is the MIL/CEL on when you are able to start the vehicle?
-Have you checked the battery for tight connections and/or tested it for a bad cell?
-Does the security link stop blinking when you stick the key into the ignition?
-What kind of Alarm system if any are you running in the vehicle?
-Does the Key Fob work (is the key fob factory and/or tied to the above possibly aftermarket alarm system?)
