i need help putting in speakers

:frusty::help: I just bought 2 6x9 speakers but I don't have room in my 1st gen Toyota 4runner. I am 14 years old and going to fix it up so it is even better then it is now and I am new to this site. I already have box speakers and some how going to put them in the back and I run 33 inch tires so the spare has to go in the back so I really don't know were to put these new speakers that I bought any help at all would be much appreciated.

SK694 4Way 700 Watt skull speakers Idk how to attach a pic so if u go on google and look up the sk694 u will see them

the box speakers I already have are about 10"&12"

Your post is hard to understand.
Maybe learn how to write correctly first.
Things like capitals and punctuation would make it readable.
You could probably fit 2 in the stock speaker locations, but I don't know about the other 12.
 
I put mine here. Cut a hole in the panel and reinforced it to hold the weight of the speaker. Should have dynomated the backside of the fender because a lot of the noise when right out side

lol no this kid is 14 and trying to fix up his first truck... but seeing as you have at least a year before driving (here in the states, not sure where in the world you are) I wouldn't be worried about a stereo... buy the parts and store them for later at the most, a lot can change in that time.
 
I wouldnt cut the doors up to put speakers in. put a pair of speakers in the front where the stock ones are located . later on if you cut your truck up you might regret doing that
 
What is stopping him from just putting new speakers into the stock speaker "boxes"? What are they 4.5" speakers? 4 new speakers in the stock boxes would probably sound better than 16x9s in a cut plastic panel.

If your rear panels are cracked or already have holes use the back panel to install. If they are still in great shape take them off and store them and cut some new panels out of 1/4" plywood or wall paneling. Those plastic panels can go for $160/pair on eBay in good shape. If you end up replacing the dash speakers too they are 4". I got really good ones and they sound great.

I'm impressed that you are working on your 4Runner. My youngest son is 14 and helps me with mine. Some. Usually it's better to get it really clean, get it running and then worry about the stereo. So spend some time here and yotatech and make a list of what you want to do. Terry87 has some of the best restoration threads for fixing little things.

Post some pics when you get a chance. There is lots of advice here. If you need a Factory Service Manual I can send you a link to down load it on to a memory stick. It's about 1500 pages!

Around here 10 yr olds know how to construct a sentence. That's what school is for. Write like that on a job application and see how far it gets you.
Plus, if you can't take the time to write a clear, understandable post it shows a lack of respect for the people here.

Not worrying about a stereo for now is the best suggestion here. My friends 19 yr old is pissing away money on stereo equipment for his truck while the rest of it falls apart. He can't understand the concept of priorities, and he can't spell or write for crap either.

Instead of telling you what to do with your truck like some people like to do (annoys the shit out of me), I'll just answer your simple question.

6x9s won't fit in the rear stock location. 5x7s would bolt right up. I think the best placement is in the panels by the rear seats. That makes it so the sound isn't getting blocked by the seats and rear plastic panels. Grab a saws-all, cut some holes, and screw em in!
