I picked up some CB components. What more do I need?

I bought all this for $53 yesterday. I know I still need a CB Radio and a spring but what else do I need?

Deciding between these two radios...

Is this connector damaged? Looks a little strange to me..

- antenna spring
- 90 degree adapter to come off the back of the radio
- SWR meter
- add a fuse or some other way to tap into a power source
- wire to run power and ground to radio

Hard to tell if that connector is bad or not. If you have a high SWR reading, a multimeter will help you determine if the connector is causing the problem.
