I think I found one!!!!!!!

After a long, long, long search, I have found a 91 4runner with a 22re and a 5 speed tranny. I have been talking to the guy who owns it all afternoon and it sounds pretty good. It has 227,xxx miles on th original motor and a rebuilt spare with it. The a/c is missing the belt and the guy said the compressor still turns. It has a valve cover leak. He is asking $2500 american for it.

The body looks solid and It has 31x10.5x15 BFG All-Terrain tires on it with about 50% of the tread left on them. I am going to test drive it this week.

Does this sound like a deal?

I wouldnt pay 2500 for it. 2000 at the most but then again pictures would help alot

I also have always been a fan of the 1st gen, but I inherited a 2nd gen when my father in law passed away, and I love it more than my 3rd gen limited. Its more modern than the 1st gen, but yet still retains its rigidity and tough look that was lost w/ the 3rd gen.
