So, I see where people are posting pics from runs in the Gen sections and general threads.

and I completely understand why too... I bet half the people on the board dont know what that "T4R Meet Pictorials & Writeups" section is about.

and do we really need all those 4runner and Hilux clubs that havent been updated or touched in years??

My suggestion is to move the T4R meet announcements and pictorial sections up to at least where the Classified sections are.

maybe people would look at them, I put up posts a couple weeks ago with my runs from the 7th and 8th of may and they have 44 and 78 views

"Proudrunners Cleghorn to pilot rock" that was posted today in the 3rd gen section has over 260 views already...

I think that speaks volumes about that thread needing to be moved to somewhere visible.

Good idea. I know that those sections are there, but I admit that I don't lurk around way down there at the end of the home page very often.

So no one else cares that the pic section for trail runs/meets etc is buried at the bottom of the board?? I guess I could do like everyone else and just post up in the 3rd Gen or General section...

This forum should make it easy like Toyota120...have a subforum that says PLANNING and another one call REPORTING.

This way it will show clean subforums that show interest in Planning a Meet and Reporting of a Meet.

I like it. I too always forget to go to the bottom of the page. And like you said, this thread gets way more traffic and on this site, I'd post my events or pics here or in the 4th gen thread.

just trying to help streamline, and get posts from slow sections seen by more. I mean thats the whole point of a forum right? you post up something so that others can read/see it. I didnt post pics of my 4runner for me to look at LOL, well... thats not entirely true, but...

I think they should just merge the few threads in that section into the appropriate gen. sections and do away with it altogether.

Being new to this it is hard for me with my "old timers" to remember where the pics are, I enjoy looking at them when I can find them......I like the way the "120" forum is set up it has a separate section for the pics and for the trips...........hopefully the administrators will look at this and give it some thought as to what is best and make changes if it is decided they are needed just my 2cents

Yeah thats a good idea DUHOCKEY. Just move some things around so its easier to access and more viewable. Either nobody looks in the "great lakes" section or no body from that area wants to meet up because i have posted multiple threads about having a meet. I guess there no 4runner love around here :crybaby:
