I love it when the democrats blame the republicans for being obstructionist...they had the White House, the house and the senate for two years and only managed to get out the completely flawed Obamacare bill that is now, as predicted, plummeting to earth in a giant fireball.

Of course not. It just so happens that the position of president sort of overshadows all the ones on the list above. If we are speaking metaphorically, if the "steering wheel" reference is republican controlled, the brake and gas is democratic controlled lol with the president controlling those functions. It's just like any other political graphic... it either reinforces your beliefs or causes you to discount its validity. Much like any political conversation. There is no middle apparently.

I find it interesting that every poll I've partaken in (and voted for Trump), Donald Trump overwhelmingly wins. Every person I've ever talked to back home (and I live in Florida where supposedly they're neck and neck) is appalled at the thought of Clinton as President, so they're either for Trump or undecided. With my job, I get the opportunity to travel a lot, and even then, overwhelmingly for Trump. I'm sorry, but where in the F**K are all these people that are supposedly voting for Clinton!? Because I sure as hell can't find them.

Maybe if the US federal government spent more money on telling us how good they are, we'd be happier with it? I mean, $1.5 billion doesn't go that far nowadays.

Anyone catch the debate last night Kaine/Pence?
Kaine was a red faced petulant little child and Pense was calm, cool and had great presence- he is quite the debater. Wish pence was running for President.
I can't believe how many times Kaine interrupted and butted in on Pense and Moderator just let it slide. But wouldn't let Pence interrupt Kaine at all. Talk about one sided.
The moderator and Kaine in typical liberal fashion were tag teaming Pense.
These debates are ridiculous, the moderators are obviously biased as hell and they help out the D candidate at every turn. It's obvious and disgusting.

I think you're letting your bias get in the way. Neither of them could stay on topic, both continually interrupted each other, both spoke well past their allotted time and Elaine Quijano had no control over either. That was quite a mess on both sides.

I read several articles that pence was the only one that looked like he belonged there. Also read a lot that once again an epic moderator fail.

I do my best to try and watch debates impartially, although that is probably impossible. I did think Pence had the better overall demeanor. But I was also surprised that he wasn't more prepared than he was.

I did. And being the calmer of two children throwing tantrums doesn't mean that one side was "a red faced petulant little child" while the other was "calm, cool." Like I said above, I do think Pence had a better presence overall, but to think the line between the two was a huge one is completely delusional in my opinion.

I do not watch the debates at all. If I am going to take the time to watch them. I am going to take the time to read the transcript of them. I want to read this debate. If you read them it is much more informative than the theatrics of television. A
