Great color! :D

i'm sure i may have ill effects from the tree huggers out there, but no, only positive effects from this mod. i did it on my 07 and gained throttle response and MPG, nothing to complain about :D. we'll see how it helps this one

Nice, any future mods?

yes sir! definitely an intake, something with exhaust, level the front end, maybe a total lift, just gives it a better stance. bilstein shocks, SS brake lines, HID's, LED interior and gauge cluster. bigger sway bars or change to poly bushings. already has an eclipse AVN6620 with nav, back up camera, someone installed an aftermarket bluetooth system that works great Universal Aftermarket Automotive Bluetooth Handsfree System by Rostra

headrest tv's are in it. i'll put my 12" JBL sub in it.

heres what the bluetooth looks like:

Where did you get the switch for the BT phone thing? It fits nicely. Looking forward to seeing your truck come together. I Just did the HCF delete and I'm looking to buy two new filters because it had such negative effects;):. Willing to pay 100 per filter ;):

thats a toyota BluLogic button for the phone. I've always liked them.

EDIT: looks like its the rosta kit he linked but its 100% identical to the toyota Blutooth kit.

Sorry to thread-jack, but I love that leather gearshift! Any ideas where I can pick one up?

ummm, not sure, they come factory on limited's. my 07 SR5 had was as well as i had...what package was it....can't remember, but it comes with a leather wrapped steering wheel, leather shift knob, and leather covered center console. sport editions have the silver gearshift. so i imagine if you could find an SR5 with some options on it, or a limited, then you could surely get the one off of it :D

As LTDSC said, i attached a link so people could look at it. it is the Rostra system i believe, PO installed it. works wonderfully. LMAO you can have them, i'll send you my paypal info in a PM :bounce:

For those who are interested, i thought i would share what i have done with the truck so far.

I polished and waxed it using the meguiars DA drill attachment, meguiars ultimate polish, and meguiars ultimate liquid wax. Meguiar's : DA Power System

polished the little bit of oxidation on my headlights using the 3M restoration kit and meguiars PlastX polish

cleaned my leather seats (i use woolite on a wet terry towel, and a magic eraser for stubborn dirt, followed by a trusted leather conditioner)

bought an original set of floormats as it did not come with them -_-

replaced the center console latch as it was broken

performed JA's independent fog light mod: Toyota 4Runner Independent use of Fog Light Mod

removed HCF, cleaned throttle body and MAF (amazing what difference this makes)

ran seafoam through vacuum line, gas tank, and Oil

flushed power steering fluid w/ valvoline DEXRON/MERCON fluid

performed the V6 tick reduction mod: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/4th-gen-t4rs/42542-v6-tick-tic-tap-noise-reduced.html

changed my rear end fluid with mobil 1 75w90

changed spark plugs with factory NGK's

Changed cabin air filter

Changed the LF (drivers) wheel bearing and seal as it was humming away

tomorrow having tires balanced and changing the oil since the seafoam has been in it with mobil 1 5w30 and a NAPA platinum filter.

i think thats all so far! not bad for only having it one week :D, stay tuned for more to come!
