I'm Back!

I've been away for 3 months and it seems like an eternity. I really missed the 4Runner Family. I have a million questions and don't know where to start. I see that there is a lot of new member with so many questions. So for all the new members that came aboard while I was away, WELCOME TO THE 4RUNNER FAMILY! It's funny how the questions are all so familiar.

My first question; What are the different options/features/body changes for the 07 models?

KOZ!! Welcome back, man! I hope your back is doing much better! :D

While you were gone I picked up an '07 SE. So to answer your question, very minimal changes other than a few additional ODB codes I've read about. I also noticed the front tow hooks are beefier on the '07 (don't know if they are the same for the '06 but I would think they are the same) than my '05. They are thicker and are directly welded into the frame instead of on it. They also point down too like the rear hook. The cargo covers and roof racks are now options on the SR5's. Don't know of other changes though.

Good to have you back. Your absence was very well noticed

Welcome back Koz, hope you're feeling better. Check out the April Fool's Day thread, our best one yet IMHO. One guy got so mad at me he PM's me to delete his membership :D

I had to take a couple minutes to stop LMAO! Thai fell for it REAL BAD! I would have remembered.

My back is at about 90% and getting better every day. Thanks! How can you distinguish the 07s. I just look at the front grill on the 06.

Man I am upset that I missed the april fools joke!!!! I had a good time reading it though:D

Welcome back Poz+, we thought we saw you on "To Catch a Predator" but it was some other guy in a lexuuuuuuuuuus.

Welcome back Koz... I think in your absence there were two threads wondering about you. Glad you're doing well.

Welcome back Koz! How do you like the new IS? The only difference I see in the 2007 model is the auto-dimming mirror in the Limiteds.

Thanks everyone!

The IS is absolutely incredable. It is the perfect blend of power and luxury!

Since I haven't said it officially yet, Welcome Back!!

Now that I told you about the Tundy, you have to tell me about the new IS!! Any mods planned/done?

What did they change about the auto-dimming mirrors in 07?

Welcome Back Koz.

I have already installed an intake (JoeZ with a K&N drop-in). I also took off the summer tires and put on a set of ultra HP all-seasons. I sold the tires for the price of the replacements. I am planning on an exhaust, but waiting for all the systems to available so I can compare. There are many different systems available already but some of the major players still need to show their hand (MagnaFlow for one). Borla just released theirs but as expected, it is way overpriced. I am leaning towards the GReddy. It has middle of the road sound, decent power, very good quality, and reasonably priced.
