Thanks ric, the red rocks park seems quite interesting, may have to check it out! I'm right off of Church Ranch Blvd in Broomfield. I think you are getting "shootmymime" and myself mixed up, I've been here before but I have never met any of you guys. Something scenic would be nice, but challenging stuff also would be fun. I just gotta be able to drive it back home, :bigok: Whatever you think would be fun, I trust you will pick a good run, it seems like you have done a good bit of wheeling around here, lol. Anytime Saturday is totally okay with us. :bigok:

Im trying to find a nice trail, thats senic yet has a few obsticles, but dont want you or Dad to get scared off from wheeling :bigok:

I work (on the road) in that area! lol! I have passed that intersection twice already today! If your bored for lunch some day this week give me a shout. I would take you to some local spots I have found for some lunchtime mudding, but we haven't had any rain or snow!

I was going to suggest to you the Westminster Promenade, but you have probably already seen it. It's the big entertainment development on the otherside of hwy 36 from the church ranch side (it's 104th ave on the other side of 36). There is a movie theater, bowling, ice skating, dave and busters, and a brand new comedy club. There are some good restuarants too. Don't know if your 21+, but Rock bottom brewery has some great craft beers. There is also an insect conservatory (the butterfly pavilion, probably more geared to kids, but I still find it interesting).

Just further east on 104th from the promenade is the Westminster City park and rec center, where there is an indoor pool and an awesome outdoor concrete skatepark (if your a skater, it's a great park, with some huge concrete bowls!!)

Your actually in Westminster, although the address is Broomfield.

You should also take 36 west into boulder for a short visit. It's kind of a neat town and there are lots of good looking college girls around. Pearl street mall usually has some interesting street performers on the weekends.

Yeah, I know it was a stretch for two guys, but I figured I included about everything else in that area...except the mercedes dealership. G500 test drive at about...oh...10am on Sat. lol!

I have access to free passes anytime I want, so mix free with 3 kids, and I get in there quite often! You've never seen cockroaches so big. I am still to wussy to hold the tarantula...I just watch my kids do it! ha!

Thanks for the suggestions guys! Just got back from the bowling alley (Splitz), it's a nice place! I'm thinking about heading up to the red rock park sometime, maybe after skiing tomorrow or Thursday. And no, I'm not 21+, I'm only 16, but I've had my license for a while so it's all good. Don't let my age getcha down, I'm a fun guy! :bigok: CSL, I'm not skiing Thursday so if during lunch you want to get together that would be awesome!

yup ric u got us mixed up, we are both from missouri but he on the east side of the state, Jorden it sounds like you will have a better turn out than mine did, but it was really nice to meet you leuis ric and jeff!

And thanks for the suggestions on heading up to red rock park! We stopped there after skiing at Keystone and it was amazing. We mistakenly parked at the lower parking lot thinking that was the only parking lot, lol It was good exercise, :bigok: And after driving around a little bit I spotted 00Sporks 4Runner! At least I think it was him, it had black taillights, a lift and it was green. :biggrin2: He wasn't in it though...and another interesting story; my dad, step-mom and I were in the visitor center looking out a window and all the sudden a dog was falling off the top of the amphitheater. My guess was it jumped up to the ledge thinking it could stop but overshot it. Poor thing fell, bounced back up and stood there for a minute. It seemed to be okay, it was bleeding a little bit from it's mouth and was limping a bit but after making sure it wasn't severely injured I picked it up and carried it upstairs and handed the poor thing over to the owner. It makes me miss my dogs, :(
 
You guys better post a bunch of pictures!!! Sounds like Colorado is the place to live.....i'm done with this rain!!!!
