whats the problem?
When I turn it on it idles really rough and you gotta have your foot on the gas to keep it on, once you lift your foot off the gas it dies. I thought it was the mass air flow sensor but it's not gave it a tune up changed the fuel filter. Now I don't know what else to do? It was just working like a month ago fine

did you try to adjust the idle screw?
I wouldn't pack it in so easily or quickly, just need to work smart and not throw needless dollars at what you think may be the problem. I think my old auto shop teacher used to teach us that an engine is nothing more than the following: Intake, Compression, Power, Exhaust. Intake is air/fuel, compression is self explanatory, power is spark to the compressed air/fuel mixture at the correct time, and then burnt gases out the exhaust. I'm not the best mechanic(no kidding)but I do know where to start, the basics. Any of the big four out of whack and your Yota is running like crap. Check the compression, check the timing, make sure the spark plug wires are routed correctly, pull the
codes, check for cracked vacuum lines, check your ground wires, check your connections. Who knows, you may need to pull out the voltmeter and the FSM and start checking MAF meter, TPS, or any number of different items.
My point, keep at it, use the search function on the forum, ask questions when you don't have the answer.

(sorry the 15 yo that lives inside of me couldn't help it)
I Found a bunch of sensors. I found the green, and tan sensor. I cleaned them as well as the throttle sensor. I put my original MAF. I jumped the battery and left the cables attached. The car turned over and stayed on and ran fine for 5-6 mins then I took off the jumper cables. The Truck still ran fine, I then turned off the truck and turned it on again. It began idling Rough again and eventually die.
Do you have a multimeter? Unfortunately, the only real way to troubleshoot an EFI system is with a multimeter and the factory service manual. You need to test your AFM, TPS, and all other sensors. Replace the sensors that are out of specs.
Since you have not said anything about a CEL, I'm assuming you're not getting one?

i would have your alternator bench tested! if you arent getting 100% return on your power source it runs like crap! i have had a problem like you are describing then my alt dies then i get a new one my runner runs close to perfect! dirt will impeed the ammount of power the alternator can generate! bench testing is free at most auto part stores!

Have you removed the rubber tube from the air box to the intake and checked it for leaks?
