I'm Starting to Lean Towards the Michelin LTX A/T2s

Good choice.

I have been very pleased with my Revos. Wet traction has been outstanding during some ferocious rainstorms on freeway driving. Have not had much chance to play in the snow. Road noise is minimum, especially when compared to my BFG KO AT at 57,000 miles on them. With half the tread left, the BFG were starting to howl when slowing down. They got rotated regularly and showed no uneven wear--they still howled.

Only complaint? Revo does not make them in LT C load so I have to contend with a P rated tire. OK for street and light off roading, but I get antsy just driving over gravel trails with P rated tires.

Ok---So I have been a long advocate for the Revos, and have loved them thus far. HOWEVER (isnt that always the case), after 50k miles they are getting louder. Also, the wet weather traction has been getting pretty bad. We have been slammed here in NOVA for some time now with rain, and I took a familiar corner today at my typical speed and the front pushed then the rear starting coming around. I know how to drive this corner, and really noticed that something with these tires are giving. New tires will be coming this fall, either the Cross Terrains or the A/T2's.

By the way, I am always looking at other peoples tires, so you are not the only one who is demented!

DAMN YOU! I'm vehemently arguing getting at/2s or revos right now to replace my cross terrains. I went to the snow with my CTs on multiple occasions with 5/32 and they never slipped up once. I was truly impressed, but I'd still like a more aggressive tire w/o going over the top. I can get Revo's out the door for 670, or A/T2 830 OTD or same old CT's for 630 OTD. Have to make my decision quick, fast...and in a hurry!
