Image Request cargo area 2014

Hi guys. I've been wanting a 2014 SR5 without the 3rd row or the sliding cargo tray.

My local dealer only has 3 and they all have the sliding tray. Which I don't want so I can't see how it looks with the 2nd row folded down.

I've googled for the past hour and can't find what I'm looking for.

Does anyone have a picture of the rear area with the second row folded flat and NO cargo slider. I hear that it's not flat and there is a ridge when the seats are down. I love that in my land cruiser when the seats are folded the whole area is completely flat.

Can anyone help me??

I have a 14 TE without 3rd or the slide and the floor isn't completely flat when second row is folded done

It's difficult in the pics to get a feel for how much rise there is between the cargo floor and back of the seats. In the second photo, I placed a straight board across the transition. The greatest gap difference is about 2-inches.

When I started looking for a new vehicle, a truly flat cargo area was on my wish list. However, I don't think it will be a big deal. This weekend, I just loaded several large boxes containing assemble-yourself crib and dresser. I had to "assist" the end of some of the boxes up the hump, but it wasn't that difficult.

Thank you. That's what I was looking for. I'm just trying to figure out what to do when I have the dog with me and I put his bed in there. He likes to lay as close as possible to me. This should be fine though.

When it comes to my dogs, I prefer not to have the sliding tray or 3rd row seating because I worry about them getting their legs trapped in gaps in the floor.
I don't generally put a dog bed back there. I'll just toss a big dog blanket across the back and they seem to be fine with the arrangement.

Wow. That's a good point. I never even thought of that. I have a Greyhound and he's got little feet and skinny legs. He likes to walk around in the back and look out every window so you have a great point.

Ok. No sliding rack for me.

I have an '11 without 3rd row or slider and the cargo setup is exactly the same.

If you want a completely flat cargo floor, along with some bonus storage, it's pretty easy to do! Here's a link- hope it helps.
