Image Uploading Issues?

I am having issues uploading photos to t4r.org off of my Android S9. Over the last 3 weeks I have tried mobile and wi-fi. I recall the website being down a week or so ago and wasn't sure if it was all related. As I am typing this I noticed I have a red triangle in the address bar with an exclamation point.

So am I alone here? Any suggestions? TIA!!

I thought that i had issue but then i found out that the pics that i was uploading was too big.
