I checked other forums and BMW drivers love Apexcone kits.

well i cant really buy any more kits cause the other ones got shipped last night.... so i gotta keep these. cause if i send them back i gotta pay shipping and 20% restock. any spots i should avoid putting the lights, especially the fogs. where should i mount the kits? anyone?

also is there anyway to waterproof them, i am more worried about the fogs, it doesnt look like any water gets under neath the hood near the lights. respond ASAP, lights are almost here.

you can mount both ballast around the same location if the connectors reach the bulbs.

if you remove the battery you can mount on the side behing the headlight unit. Passenger side is a lot easier since there's nothing there to block the access. Test all bulbs before putting them in i would say. There should be enough space behind the headlight unit to feed connector cables to reach the fog lights.

finally got them and installed them .....

arnt as blue as i expected.... turns out for the better, look more like 8ks

looks good, hope you're happy with the suggestions. They work super good at night! next upgrade i want to do is add a bull bar with PIAA lights. not too sure when that will happen.

yea i was offered a set of PIAA's, but i really didnt want to buy a bull bar, etc. so i looked at this guys mod where he used an L shaped bracket to mount them through the grille it looks good, im looking into it.
