12v Power Cord?

Has anyone found a source for the correct DC power cable? I'd like to buy a 2nd one so I can build it into a better strain relief setup but still swap the fridge between vehicles.

Also....I hate the connector design since it bends over and blocks the fuse port and the AC power jack. A straight one would be better for my use. I've been digging around the truckfridge site, Ironman4x4, and Dobinson's (they all seem to be re-badged Indel B units) with no luck. The ones I'm finding on Ebay and Amazon look like they have round pins and a smaller connector body instead of the rectangular ones on my unit.

I'm hoping to run some 8 awg or maybe larger to the back to run the fridge and put an Anderson PowerPole distribution block for running some lights and my compressor. I'd like to build a better fridge cable if I could just find the right connector.

Ive been told that arb power plugs work.. I bought the new 2 prong arb cord and socket..havent tested yet since im still trying to decide on going group 27f or 31 battery

Yes, the ARB plug does work. But, not sure if that would fix his dilemma since it is almost the same right angle design as the Indel-B one. The only difference, other than the screw type plug end, is it sits away from the fridge a few MM further.

I've been scouring about every website I could find that carries one of the similar fridge types and they don't seem to list a cord (straight or bent connector). I find that kind of strange because these fridges have a long lifespan but I know cords get left behind, closed in doors, pinched under other gear, etc. I would imagine a replacement cord would be something easy to source...not so much.

I fired off a message to Indel-B and Truckfridge. I'll start a new thread if I actually get any useful information back.

Are you looking for a 12v replacement cord? If so, the ARB works. That is what I have.

I’m not sure since I didn’t set up the original group buy. I would think you could just contact Truck Fridge to get the ball rolling. I can say I love my fridge and I highly recommend the Indel B. I’m not too proud and I don’t need to say I have an ARB. At half the cost, these things are amazing.
