Indicators to prevent Cargo Overloads moving firewood blocks away vs Hwy/ Fwy driving. I collect firewood in my neighborhood. I do not always have time to get truck’s "major shell" and utility trailer. My past 93 Explorer had a towing package and weight was hardly noticed in it. My 2 yr new to me 07 T4R V6 2WD does not have a towing package (springs) and shows weight. My goal is not to put over 1,000 lbs in the cargo for the few blocks or less than 2-3 miles home.
Other than estimating the weight per log and total will the truck show signs of overloads? The attachments show the limits of my loads (with one side body view). I’m sure the rubber blocks above the axel were not touching the axle but doe it appear overloaded with approx 1,000 lbs in the cargo? The 1st attachment is in the Explorer.
Thanks In Advance For Any Info!
