Injector replacement

Just curious if anyone has used these on their 5VZFE engine?

I verified this morning my #2 injector is bad at 23.2 ohms.

Going to replace them all, was just curious if anyone has used these?

Sure brand new OEM is always a safe bet. The only problem is you'll spend an enormous amount of money on them. Like a freaking crazy amount on them.
Motorwest Performance refurbishes OEM injectors. You can either buy some from them that they have on hand or you can send them yours and they'll clean, rebuild, test and ship them back to you. If you're still concerned, give them a call and talk to the owner, Martin Diaz. He's a good dude and knows what he's doing. When I was visiting my friend Anwar in Los Angeles, Anwar told me about Motorwest. We went over to their shop and I bought a set of six that were used in the video below. In the video description there's contact information for Motorwest.

I actually called them and ordered a set, they are refurbished OEM Denso injectors. I wasn’t going to replace a single injector on an engine with 235k miles as I want them flow matched.

I got a steal on this 98 limited 4wd/rear locker $1400 because it had a cylinder 2 misfire. Glad it was an easy fix.

Thanks for the reply.

I just replaced mine yesterday. I had a used set lying around that I pulled from a junkyard. 50 bucks for the 6. I then took it to a local shop where they cleaned them installed the prefilters I had and grommets / orings etc and then flow tested to ensure they had same flow rate. That was only 100 bucks. So in my mind I've got 6 brand new injectors for 150 bucks.

Just a follow up, I went ahead and ordered these and put them in, went ahead did the valve cover gaskets while in there and replaced all the vacuum lines.

Runs perfect.

Thanks for the opinions.

I might get blasted for not going OEM, but I got a set of Beck Arnley's from Advance Auto. Look online for a coupon code, buy online, then go pickup in store. I was able to save 30% (forget cost, but was best deal I could find at the time). It's been 5 years and I haven't had any issues. Make sure to get new intake gaskets as well, and be careful taking out old injectors. A lot of little plastic bits can break off and fall into cylinders. I ended up having to rig up a long skinny hose to my shop vac to suck out bits that broke when removing old injectors. Must have get them all cuz I haven't had any issues in 50k.

Same here. Not necessarily recommending it, as your mileage may vary, but I have a cheapo AutoZone inector in mine. The cheapest one that the AutoZone near me had in stock. I broke one while removing my fuel rail to replace my FPR. That was 70k and almost 4 years ago, and no issues.

I did make sure to replace the gaskets and have it at the front passenger side for easier access if it had any issues, but none so far, knock on wood.

I used those because I had read so many bad reviews on some others. I had no issues, other than on first drive after it threw a code...cant remember what exactly, said lean burn...or something like that....reset lights have not come back on, so was prob just purging air out of system.

I also replaced the metal crush washers for the fuel lines.
