Injectors interchangeable between years???

Are injectors from all 5VZ's interchangable? Specifically, will a set of injectors from a '97 work in my '00? I'm sure they'll fit in the rail but wasn't sure if the plug would be the same.

I think they made some slight changes to the 99+ 4runners. I know the maf's are different and looking @ parts list the injector #'s are different. The injectors and the plugs look similar, but they may have slighty different flow rates. not sure.
