Quick question,.. I have a Demello single hoop bumper on my 2004 Limited V8.
I am installing a Warn M8000 into it and have to go buy Bolts... I have the semi-captive nuts but cannot find the bolts.. bummer.
Anyways... I do not like the idea of just some nuts/bolts holding this thing on and was wondering if anyone has put any extra reinforcing plate under the metal where the winch sits. I was wondering about putting perhaps some 1/8 or 1/16th" plate under the actual bumper's metal, drilled to run the bolts through, in order to help spread out the stresses of any winching. Any ideas on this?
