Installing bull bar, factory bolts won't budge

I am trying to install a bull bar to my 02 4-Runner, but the factory bolts that would hook the bull bar onto the truck will not budge at all. What are my options? They are stuck in there good.:rant:

Soak repeatedly with PB Blaster for a few days. If that doesn't work, cut/drill.

Its the truck's way of telling you it doesn't want one..

yeah i agree^^ But i had the same problem when i put on the brush guard (i no longer like) I took my truck to a tire shop and had them take an impact gun to them. they did it for free.

Torch. Heat the sh*t out of them. Get them glowing red and they'll come loose.

Put some pb blaster on them. And then some M.A.N. on em.

You need leverage. Try a breaker bar if you have one. A 2 or 3 foot section of pipe will work if you don't, however you may end up busting a ratchet ths way also.

You'll break a bolt that way then spend a ton of time trying to get it out. Heat them to glowing red and they'll loosen right up and come out.

Heat them up until red. Then try to take them out.

Don't forget, the bolt could and might break, but the nut that's welded inside the frame from the factory will more likely snap from the welds from all that torque your applying and then your f**kd.

Happened to my buddy trying to put a bull bar on his Taco.

Luckily the other 3 came out, so only 3 bolts held his bull bar on.
