Insurance claim pulled through! Place your estimates!

I was mercilessly sideswiped driving home from work last week. I got a call from the guy's insurance today and they're assuming liability!

Below are photos of the damage--luckily not too bad. I'm going to get some estimates tomorrow. Place your estimate below--winner gets a 'like' because I'm spending all the insurance money :usa2:

*The pictures don't show it but he hit my rear wheel pretty hard so I'll probably get an alignment and a new wheel out of the deal so factor that in to your estimate

My plan: It looks like the scuffs and scratches will buff out with some rubbing compound. I'm going to remove the rest of the mud flap bits on the drivers side and then take the passenger side mud flap off too. Replace the mirror then pocket the rest of the insurance money and put it in my "new car savings" account

Wife got side swiped with a vans mirror once:
- Body Shop estimate was $1,350
- Lady gave me $800 cash to avoid claim, on her record
My cost to repair 99% was $100 on Master paintless-dent guy & I hand buffed-out paint nice (removing black marks), with a Novus Kit.
- pocketed quick $700

Awesome that they are assuming liability. When I had something similar happen about a year ago the person's insurance would not assume liability. Went to arbitration 7 months later and they were found to be at fault. Luckily I have full coverage, so my insurance took care of the damage and it was fixed in 2 months. But still a PIA. I had to wait the 7 months to receive my deductible back. I couldn't find a shop that would provide me an estimate without a copy of the adjusters estimate. They just wanted to work directly off that number.

The wildcard is the driver's door. How deep are the scratches? Through the paint? Is it just paint damage or is there damage to the metal as well?
