Intake Manifold Vacuum Ports Removable?

I have some corrosion on a couple of intake manifold vacuum ports (circled below). I'd like to remove them and clean/paint outside of the engine compartment, as opposed to doing that in place, but I'm not sure if they are removable.

Are they threaded in or pressed in?

I want to say that a good majority of them are pressed into the manifold/plenum? Or maybe some of them are cast into the aluminum when the part was made? I admittedly have never tried to remove them before... The good news is that if you're just looking to clean up/restore the fittings the intake plenum comes off rather easily and quickly.

I personally would just pull the intake plenum off clean up the non-aluminum portions with some steel tooth brushes and a bit of cleaner and then use something like Brasso or similar polish to give it a nice sheen

I also think that they are pressed in, I don't see any threads showing, and these parts are not shown as separate items on the parts diagram. They are steel, going by the rust that is forming on them.

Probably a good idea to just yank the intake plenum and get it all cleaned up outside of the engine compartment. Thanks!
