Anyone else that wants to get in on this, now is the time. I'm not 100% sure how long Thorley is going to let me do this deal. I think another week or so maybe. After this deal is done, these headers will be over $700! Again, my guy Mike at Thorley said these should ship around the 29th of this month.

Oh, Mike, at Doug Thorley, was telling me that if you do an exhaust or intake after you get the headers on, it's going to make a huge difference, since the factory headers kind of limit what an exhaust or intake can really do. The headers alone should give around 30 HP and 30ft lbs of torque! (this is the case on the 05-09 headers) and any extra air you can get into the truck will really let it breathe.
I'd recommend the Volant for an intake, and if you are want a catback exhaust, Gibson or magnaflow. Remember, I can get just about anything, but the website doesn't show it all. Just contact me and I'll get it.

For those of you who haven't seen it - here's what the DYNO looks like for the 05-09 with the DT headers. This is not tuned but simply headers welded on.
Although the 05-09 have the VVTI which will benefit them a little more, I expect quite similar results for us 03-04 guys, from design alone.
If we could get Bully Dog or someone to start supporting our ECU it would certainly help smooth everything else out as well!
Isn't the v8 supposed to have 320 ft/lb of torque? This looks low....
The above chart is rear wheel horsepower which will be lower than directly from the engine because of loss through the power train.
Yup. Imagine aftermarket exhaust and a tuner. Or even better, a supercharger or turbo!

With these headers, I am buying an exhaust (Flowmaster) and want to get a high-flow cat as well. Since there are 3 cats in the 4 runner, do I need to get 3 high-flow cats?
One on each side is sufficient. FYI, you will need to either buy the cat delete programmer from URD or there is a writeup somewhere that you add a couple resisters inline with the rear O2 sensors so that you don't get the 0430 code and have issues.
