Not sure, it doesn't say on my sheet. I think they are 1.5" long, I'll look around and see if I can find specs somewhere.

Doug Thorley Headers
I got my Headers in from Jason Burtman last week great guy to deal with. Mine are going on a 2005 Lexus GX 470. I got some Flowmaster High flow cats and I am trying to source the lower flange to make a complete bolt in unit without cutting up the factory exhaust. apparently Toyota has their own flange. I may just replace the Y pipe along with the headers.

Did a little testing tonight because I can definitely feel a power gain. So, bone stock my truck did 0-60 in 7 flat, consistently. After my 35" tires with stock gears I was at 9.3 - 9.5 seconds. So tonight I tried one with the new exhaust. I got 7.3-7.5 seconds! It chirps those big ass tires and one of the times I tried the asphalt was a little wet and I spun the tires badly. (no traction control right now) pretty damn impressed! Look in the bottom right corner for the time.

Keep us posted. I'm planning on doing the same thing. They ran out of headers so mine is about a month out.

Honestly the dyno and your recent 0-60 post is the thing that's pushing me over the edge. I just have a few projects I'd like to work on this year so I'm trying not to buy mods this year for the 4Runner otherwise I know I'll get distracted lol.
I hear ya. 4 kids and 2 big ass dogs makes it difficult for me but I get in where I can. I did the exhaust with my tax money, still need to do timing belt, water pump, power steering pump, rims, rear coils and better shocks.... Ugh lol
