Have any CA folks used Magnaflow's CARB approved 447206 universal cats? They have a 2.5" inlet/outlet, they look wider than the OEM pieces though so I'm a little concerned about fitting in the engine bay.

Correct, I got them made working with Doug thorley, and got them a vehicle that they kept for two weeks. This was a long project but we got it done thanks to many of you helping on here with me. This wouldn't have never happened without some of the forum members on here.

I can now sell you guys the long tubes AND new Y pipe finally, but too busy to get them on the site, call/text to order, 717-319-2100.

How much are the long tubes, give or take? Planning to keep cats on my y-pipe, but long tubes makes for a no-weld solution to headers.

~$730. long tube headers with factory y-pipe cats or aftermarket y-pipe cats (without restricted crimped tubing) would allow for no welding. however by adding o2 sensor bungs after the cats can it be made to keep the cel off?!?!

They are only about $90 more than the shorties! And yes, NO WELDING on the long tubes. The way this is designed, it's the best you can get for the money, where as the Toyota headers are over double the cost and will crack again when around 100k miles.

Can you post some close up pics of the flanges? I want to see the ceramic coating on the mild steel components. Those being the flanges and air tubes. The runners as we know are 304 stainless.

Where are you located? This isn't an issue and I have the CEL eliminators. These don't come with the headers, but the O2 extension wires do. I have everything needed, just call to order, or links below:

Is that a jig? If so, can it be used to fab up some shorty's w/ cats w/out having to take the stock manifold off first? Also, if you do an SAI delete on an 05-09, can you use the 03-04 headers?

Some pretty pics compared to stock. Remember. These give 30 hp gain! It’s just nuts.
