Interest in meeting/ runs?

I am about to loose my wheeling partner. I have tried finding a 4wheel club and most frown on Yotas. I would like to meet fellow 4Runner owners for occasional runs and maybe a pizza night here and there. this would be mainly Inland empire or OC area. I currently live near Murrietta but work in Orange.

Hey Pikeman I know this is an old post, but would like for other members including myself for meetings. and runs in the future. As per our conversation I see other clubs meeting once a month and doing runs all the time. Unfortunately they are usually Jeep guys or other makes which is cool. But it would be awesome to see something going on like this here in southern California. It would be a nice sight to see alot of 4runners in one location. So with that said lets get something rolling over here! I envy the guys in Colorado for having get togethers all the time:biggrin2: I would like to see this happening here. So guys don't be shy let's get something going.
 
I am always down for a little meet and greet. Josh (HB 4x4) and I try to wheel every week or two, so people can always join in on those too.

Let me know on a time/place.
 
I'll be in Southern Cali around the third week of November, and it would be great to learn about some trails and meet some people, i'll be in the middle of a big trip in the 4runner.

Just found this thread....I'll keep checking back to see if there is any progress on a meet and greet....I'm definitely down for one.
 
Ok last time I did a Pizza Night and had a total of 5 Trucks. We met in Fullerton Figuring it was close to the middle of everyone. A couple came from Inland Empire, one from San Diego and 2 from So. O.C. So lets find out what works best for people for a meet and greet.

Location:
A) Inland Empire: i.e Corona
B) North OC : Fullerton/Anaheim/Orange
C) East LA : Whittier or area

Day of Week:
A) Saturday
B) Sunday
C) Weeknight (is so what night)

Lets all be fair and realize that we are coming from all over. I think the North Orange County works best for everyone and maybe this time we can get some of the LA people to come out. If you are Inland Empire and want to get together just PM me.

Also watch the Off-road section because I will post runs occasionally.
 
An inland empire location works for me but I am willing to drive anywhere within reason and all three location recommendations seem more than reasonable to me. The day of the week does not matter so much as long as I get some notice I can arrange it. Either way, I'm in.

I live in the City of Montebello which is off the 60fwy, I usually look around any post that pikeman puts out. I don't mind driving to go on runs usually a have to drive a minimum of 60 miles one way just to get to the place where we are meeting. It would be nice to have monthly meets and ofcourse are monthly runs. This way we can talk about our runners and help out our fellow members about anything related to our trucks. Well I hope we can have more guys join us on runs, would love to see more t4r.org members.
 
One possible solution would be to have a rotating location for a Pizza night. Most runs are out in the Inland empire but we can also set up a run to Hungry Valley/ Gorman once in a while since it is North of LA. I also would love to have a Monthly hang out night and a monthly run.
 
North OC, is cool and of course the I.E works for me but with enough notice I will make it where ever the meet is. I like the idea of monthly meets, let's do it!
 
I'm In, Name the time and place. I live in Rosemead in between the 710 and the 605 so any location will do for me.

I hate you pikeman J.K, I just got home hope you have fun. I wish that I can join you but have to deliver some tires. Hopefully I can see you the following week.
 
March anyone?

Is anyone interested in doing a meet any weekend in March? I am in Corona and am willing to drive to North OC or LA. Just trying to get something going, I am really looking forward to meeting fellow T4R owners.:dancin:
