Anyone know where I can get a grey interior grab handle? If this description is vague-- I am referring to the oh shit handle that is mounted on the headliner. Lemme know, thanks.

I just bought a new passenger side handle from the dealer. If you look at it closely you will see it will fit either side. The color you want is stone. The screws to mount it are already there behind the plugs in the headliner. Don't forget to buy the 2 screw covers that fit on the handle.

Hey Larry, do you remember how much the handle was? I installed one on my driver's side and if I remember correctly it was less than $20? Anyway, check the online dealers first, then compare to your local dealership. Ask them to match it.

I think it was like 16 bucks but don't have the receipt handy. Hey, any changes in your routine now that the new regime is in?

How come it didn't come with one (on the driver's side)?

Good question. Kinda like Why didn't they illuminate the window switches, or why aren't the windows auto up & down? Considering the headliner area above the driver already has the mounting location ready for a handle, and as inexpensive as it is...

I love my truck, but there are quite a few things that really make me scratch my head. One of the biggest annoyances for me is why the hell did they make two different trim variances based solely around the radios? To me, it seems like designing the different trim pieces would have cost Toyota so much more than just having the same trim piece around the radio, Climate controls, and then just changing up the radio or nav unit. Of course, they don't just absorb that expense, they pass that stupid design expense on to us!

Well, I assume you are asking about life in the military with the new regime? I have to say I really don't know. I recently retired! WooHoo! Those 20 years went by pretty quick. Thanks for asking. Hopefully I'll be moving down to Abilene TX soon to get into the wind industry (Thanks to shawnstcyr. He put that bug in my ear and gave me some good info about it - Thanks again Shawn!)

Hey guys, I want one of these too.

Can someone send or recommend a site to purchase this off of?

I would try the online dealers first (partznet.com, 1sttoyotaparts.com, toyotadiscountparts.com), then see what your local dealers can do to match it.
