Interior panel removal

Can anyone point me to some directions on how to remove the passenger side interior panels in the trunk?
My subwoofer stopped working and it's enclosed in a custom fiberglass box built into the side. I can't figure out how to get the speaker out without taking the entire panel off.

It's easy. Start by taking the screws out of the floor trim piece, where the hatch shuts, and remove it. Take the 2 screws out of the cargo cover attachment, and remove. Then take the 1 screw out of the cargo cover holder, and remove. Then just gently pull the edge of the panel outwards until the plastic connectors pop out, and do this across the whole panel until it's off. This should let you move it out of the way, but if you want to completely remove it from the truck, you'll have to unbolt the rear seat belt too.

One little thing to ad to stockwell's instructions. You need to remove the cargo light by taking off the clear plastic cover then the 4 screws on the fixture. Now you can pop the center panel out. This will expose a tiny screw in the large panel you are trying to move.

I wouldn't have remembered that part either if I hadn't replaced my panel just last week.

Thanks. At the link below a guy has a sub enclosure similar to mine. In the third picture I can see the panel entirely removed. In that picture does the black part underneath the tan come right out when you pull the panel off or is that connected separately?

No, it doesn't just come off unless its been tampered with.

Someone installed a disc changer in my old panel. They removed the black compartment by cutting off a few tabs and put it back on by running a few small screws into the plastic. Once you get it off you'll see what I'm talking about.
