No Sig Pic change/upload allowed 503 error

I used to have a sig pic, tried to change it and now I get this.

I have tried over several days all yielding the same result:

The www.toyota-4runner.org page isn’t working

www.toyota-4runner.org is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 503

I just tried it again a couple mins ago. Would someone check into this? Thanks.

Holy cow, navigation on this site has slowed to a crawl. It takes much longer to load different pages.

I have this issue almost every time I come to the site. So much so, in fact, that I have all but stopped coming. I used to spend HOURS a week, now it's a few minutes a week, just loading the front page to see if I have any messages or quotes. Then I either ignore the message (sorry everyone I have ignored) or just text/e-mail the users I need to respond to if I have their info.

I timed it. From the time I hit, "quote" on your message it took 15 seconds to load this page.


And another timed 15 seconds to post the message...

Yeah, I hope the address the issue and get it sorted. This site is too valuable a source of information to let it fall apart. I have gotten a lot of inspiration from all the members here and attempted fixes that I might not have tried had it not been for all the great write ups.

Forget the emoticons, the actual site is not running smoothly. It is taking 15+ seconds to simply load a page that any other site seems to do instantaneously. What is going on? Any fixes?
